Cancellation & Refund Policy

Pre-Booking Classes

As class sizes are limited, we highly recommend you pre-book online, especially for popular or peak time classes. Online booking opens 7 days prior to class and our cancellation policy is in place to ensure everyone has a chance to attend.

If you book into class and are unable to attend, please early-cancel at least 4 hours before your class. You can do so from your mind body dashboard or through our app. If you fail to do so you will incur a late cancellation/no show fee of $10 which will be charged on your account.

If you pre-book a class and fail to attend for any reason, you will be automatically charged a $10 no show fee. Class pass holders will lose a class.

Classes must be cancelled at least 4 hours prior to the beginning of class. If you fail to cancel within this time you will be charged the no show/late cancellation fee above. Please note: bookings cannot be accepted without a credit card on file. The late fee is non- refundable.

5 Class Pass: Valid for 1 month from the date of first use or booking, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. No extensions or suspensions available and can’t be shared between people.

10 Class Pass: Valid for 3 months from the date of first use or booking, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. No extensions or suspensions available and can’t be shared between people.

20 Class Pass: Valid for 6 months from the date of first use or booking, it is non-refundable and non-transferable. No extensions or suspensions available and can’t be shared between people.

 

Unlimited Membership

  • Membership Payments are debited from your credit card weekly.
  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Payments will continue until cancelled by you.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted via email sales@reformmepilates.com.au
  • Once you have submitted your cancellation request, you will receive email notification that it has been accepted. If you do not receive this request within 7 days’ of your cancellation request please contact us. We require 7 days’ notice before your next schedule membership payment to process the request. Any membership payments during this noticed period are non-refundable.
  • Suspensions on your membership can be requested via your dashboard. We require 7 days’ notice before your next schedule payment to process your request. If you have a membership payment scheduled during this notice period – the payment will be processed and cannot be reversed. Days that have been paid for will be made available for use at the end of the suspension. The minimum suspension period is 14 days and you can suspend for a maximum of 56 days annually.
